Who we are

Crochet Fan operates crochetfan.com. We are the data controller for the personal data you give us when you browse, order, or contact us.

What we collect

Your name, email, and billing details; order and payment references; messages you send us; and technical data such as IP address, device type, and cookies.

Card details are entered directly with our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To take your order, send the pattern file, answer support questions, prevent fraud, and keep tax records.

We only send marketing emails if you opt in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. We never sell your data.

Who we share it with

Stripe (to take payment), our store and hosting providers, and professional advisers where the law requires it. Each only receives what they need.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data. We keep order records for up to six years for tax purposes.
